  • Make an API call from a google sheet using google apps scripts to a SaaS platform called Docmosis
  • Docmosis will return a PDF
  • Use the google drive API to name the PDF and save it in a specific format

  • User clicks a "Generate PDF" button in Salesforce
  • User selects the kind of document they want to create
  • Several checks are made in the backgroud to validate several parameters
  • User views information to be sent and confirms
  • API call to Docmosis is made
  • Docmosis returns a PDF
  • Script renames PDF and stores in a specific folder in Google Drive
  • User sees success message
